Palm Sunday

(I didn't realize until just now looking at the pictures that she kind of looked a bit like a little nun with the black and white! Hee..hee!)





This past weekend was a busy one for Zoey. She had an 'Easter for Kids' program that she got to attend on Saturday morning (through her school) where they got to search for eggs, make special crafts, have treats and play games. She came home with a huge bag filled with little goodies and special creations, I'm so glad that she had so much fun and that she got to go!

Then on Sunday she sang and carried a palm branch down the aisle at church...it was a really nice church service, so proud of her too.



On Friday evening I got an email from Creating Keepsakes asking if they could publish one of my mini-albums in an upcoming issue of theirs! It's going to be in a column too...not just featured in the reader's gallery! What a way to start the weekend! So very excited for this opportunity, this will be my first mini-album pub and first time being pubbed in a column for CK! To say that I'm thrilled about this is an understatement!

Saturday at work we had an all day crop which was an absolute blast. It was our first all day event and it went really well and was very well attended...can't wait for our next one! The owner of my lss actually made homemade lasagna for everyone and baked snacks as well...it was an amazing time.

This is another busy week, I've got a dentist appointment this afternoon, MOPS is tomorrow and I am bringing a treat for the moms', I've got to make a dessert for a mother that recently had a baby, tomorrow night is the open house of the school that Zoey may attend next year, and then I am working at my lss wednesday morning (where I have to complete my next online class and have it ready to go by Friday)...I feel as though if I can make it through this week, I'll have it covered...that is, until next week.

I'm off now to go "assist" the Easter Bunny with some basket filling responsibilities that are coming up!
