Yesterday I was perusing a doll site and discovered a whole bunch of sites that have printables of things that you can print out and make for your 18 inch dolls for free. One of the fun finds that I happened upon was this cute jammin' record player complete with records and their sleeves. It's so retro too with the colors, I love it!
After taking these pictures I had the thought that I would like to cover the records with plastic so they last longer. Had I had this thought prior to making the player I would have done the same with that before assembling as well.
Kristen LOVES her new music and record player...she's been listening all afternoon long! Her favorite record is Giant Steps by John Coltrane. If you would like to print out and assemble your own player set go here.
Zoey was tickled too to come home from school and discover that her dolls were busy jamming out! Happy printing (and crafting)!
wow this is really cool i think i'll print it. also hi! jennifer. i love your blog and just wanted to tell you how great you are. :)
Thank you Jennifer!! I'm glad to hear that you will be making this too...have fun!
Jen
well, i clicked on the link and it took me to staging.curiosity.com, and i can't get the printable. What's up?
Very strange, the site that it was linked to must have shut down or be in the middle of getting updates as the link was correct for others previously! :( Bummer!
I was able to find the PDF using the Wayback Machine: http://web.archive.org/web/20120209182330/http://curiositygroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/Curiosity_april_cal_jazz_final.pdf
I hope this helps someone.
Yay! thnx for the printable and the wayback machine! Now i will make it :)
I love this I just wish It would print
Thanks SO much for the updated link from the Wayback Machine -- I'm going to make this TODAY!!
Any possibility you still have the pattern? I clicked the link and it says the website is no longer up...

I would love to have a copy of the record player pattern. The link is no longer there. It will go beautifully with the new 50's doll coming out.
thank you.
