Finally, a full day of just her and I together doing something fun. We spent the entire afternoon together at the beach today and it felt so good. Knowing that the countdown is on regarding how many days are left before school starts, it felt good to get out and just play. Sunglasses, snacks, sand toys and beach towels...and a perfect day. It does not get any better than this.

What a neat way to spend the day - I need to get to our beach yet this summer.
What a wonderful day. I cherished those days too. My little one started kindergarten this week, so I am missing that time. I hope you have many more in the days to come!
