They've been talking about weather at school lately and she's been quizzing me about what it is we should do if there is a bad thunderstorm or tornado and apparently, she does NOT like tornadoes AT ALL. It actually made me tear up a bit to know that she's been thinking about this and enough so that she had to declare it on a sheet of paper and tuck it away in her desk.
I also found this picture that she had drawn of her best pals the Veggie Tales. =)
I love all the little traces of "her" that I find on any given day.

Those snapshots into their little heads are so special. Have to keep those! And I think Zoey could get a job when she's older drawing those VeggieTales. She did a great job!
so darling...I still find notes the my kids wrote (20-25 years ago) that I put away for scrapping and they always bring a smile.
